To make my previous point about diet. Over the past several months, I’ve been dealing with some medical issues. As a result, I cannot workout vigorously like I prefer. Sometimes, its hard for me to exercise at all. Yet I am STILL losing weight. I’m down another pound or so already this week. Why? Because of diet. Ever since I started keeping track of every crumb of food I ingest, the weight has been coming off. Exercise makes it fly off faster. But for the weeks I’m not well enough to get a workout in, it’s good to know it’s still under control.
